Paola Noé | Real apple pie

200 gr flour, 70 gr water, 100 gr butter, a bit of salt, 6-8 apples, icing sugar.

In a mixer put flour and butter (cold from the fridge). Mix them and add the water. Put the dough in the fridge for 20 minutes. Take out the core of the apples. Do not  peel the apples. Cut them in 2, then in 4, and in 6 pieces. Put the brisè dough in a round baking tray. Make holes with a fork. Organize the apple slices. Put over the icing sugar. Put in the hot oven  at 220°C. Cook for 15 minutes. Then put the oven at 180° for other 15 minutes. Then put again icing sugar and leave cooking for other 15 minutes.
