Michela Baldessari | Birthday cake3 eggs, 200 gr. Sugar, 100 gr. Butter, 200 gr flour, 3 spoons cocoa powder, 1 baking powder bag, 1 glass of milk, salt. Mix egg yolks with the sugar, add melted butter, flour, baking powder, a bit of salt, cocoa powder and finally wisked egg whites. Pour the mixure in the mould and bake at 180° for 45 minutes. After it gets cold, sprinkle with icing sugar. Before that, use paper masks to create your own patterns.
