Do you remember a special gift you received when you were a child? I remember to have received a giant stuffed dog. It seemed to make 3 times my size, but I was very small.
What’s the most beautiful holiday you had when you were a child? All holiday I spent in Quiberon, on the Atlantic coast, to fish for crabs in the rocks and swim for hours in water at 15° C. What was your favorite toy? My blue bear “Pépère”. He saw everything and heard everything from my childhood.
Were you good at school? I was good at school, because I was scolded by my parents if I wasn’t not. But I bored, so I had fun in class. Were you neat or messy? I was clearly messy, but I feel better now! Were you lively or thoughtful? I was the both of it. Lively with others kids, but thoughtful alone or at home.
What did you use to draw? I generally used to paint, painting pens and black pen. What did you want to become in the future? I’ve always done lot of creative things. So I’ve chosen to make a craft to do everything I like and I’ve never had a boss.
What was your favorite item of clothing, the one you always wanted to wear? When I was a child, I was tomboy so I was wearing always sneackers and sportwear tshirt. Did you prefer cowboys or Indians? Indians clearly. They were most beautiful.
Which was the worst prank you played or suffered? When someone made me believe that a boy was in love with me as not. Not funny at all! What was your recurring whim? I wanted to go out alone at night.
How did you first graze your knee? By playing in the rocks during the holidays. What was the food you used to hate most? Leeks. What’s the first lie you told? I don’t remember, but I started very young. Do you remember a dirty word you used to say? “Pareil. J’ai commencé très jeune”.
If you could go back in time when you were a child, what “modern” game would you like to have fun with? I’m sure I would like to play the PS4 with a huge HD screen.
What’s the game you play (would like to play) with your son? Fighting games on playstation. No, I’m kidding! What movie or cartoon would you like to see (have seen) with your son? I’ll watch the Lion King for the thousandth time.
Which book did you give him (would you like to give to him)? All “Tintin” comics by Hergé. So many adventures. Which item would you like to leave to your child? All my papers, paints, pencils, arts supplies …
In your opinion, what’s missing today in the world of children? It misses the time to be bored to develop imagination. Do you have a project for the little ones in mind or have you already carried out one for them? Yes I work on decorating projects for home. Also games and illustrations.
